1 -- They are crisper (better) than regular cheese puffs
2 -- They are not as cheesy as regular cheese puffs (which in your opinion may be better/may be worse) I think that's better too.

Nacho -- 2 Carbs
1 -- It doesn't tasted nacho to me -- It tastes cheesy and different from the Cheddar

I can't believe I wasted so much time on a review. I deleted it all. Don't buy these. You'll just end up throwing them away. It doesn't matter how hungry you are. The amount of trash they produce is nothing but waste, of course. If these could feed some animals struggling to keep from going extinct, and that's everything but rats and roaches, by all means use reusable containers and breed those tortoises up. All tortoises native to the ... everywhere, are endangered. Everything in the oceans is suffocating on human trash and feces. This is why it takes pages. It makes me a bit mad when people sell trash as food and each bag ends up doing more harm than a grenade over the years as it floats around killing porpoises (and extincting Vaquitas, a porpoise that's gone extinct thanks to people). We could have fed them these things and maybe they could still be happily jumping around. As trash, it's not worth writing a review about. I've already deleted one. I bought them and tried. I really tried not to throw them out but I just can't eat them. I'm not picky by any stretch. These are a waste. Don't buy them. Don't bother eating them. Don't bother throwing them away. Don't bother reviewing them. It's a waste of time to return them. Every step is regrettable. So don't start it. Buy something else, if you must, but don't buy these. You will regret it, unless you're really creative. Maybe there's someone who knows a way to make these edible. See? I'm open minded. But these improvements would be miracles and they seem very far away. Do not buy.
You wouldn't believe how much I deleted. I guess I was upset. That's how bad they are.

Savory protein snacks are hard to find. I gave these a try, but they're so dry that I can't enjoy them properly, as they dry my mouth out. The flavor isn't really that strong either. In fact, I would say they're closer to bland. They look decent, like real cheese balls, but they're way drier and the cheese powder is kind of loose, so it's gone down the wrong pipe in aspiration and I've ended up coughing for a bit. Heh.

On the pro side, the fact that they're low carb and low sugar (even if the amount of protein isn't very high) is a huge advantage. I also feel like I was satisfied with the amount of product in each bag.

Overall, I think that, for the price, there are better alternatives.

There are a few things I miss from my pre-paleo days. One of them was simple lunch of a sandwich accompanied by a bag of potato chips. It's nothing that'd qualify as "guilty pleasure," certainly not enough to go off-diet for, but... yeah, I kind of miss that.

Over time we all have found bread alternatives, so we can once again have healthy sandwiches (or at least something that scratches that itch). But that crunch-to-accompany? A savory snack? I've been on the lookout. This one comes close.

Without question, these are CRUNCHY. Don't eat these while you're listening to someone speaking softly, or you won't hear what they say. They're puffs, though, and thus lightweight in the mouth. Plus they really do taste like sour cream and onion, not the fakey taste that accompanies standard potato chips. And, obviously, these puffs are healthy -- low carb, high protein, gluten free, and so on.

Ultimately it's a matter of what you think of the taste. My husband thinks they're great. I like them -- definitely 4 stars "like" -- but a little goes a long way.

If want to stay keto and continue to nosh... it's worth a try.

OK, so I just opened another bag for my afternoon snack. One thing I look for is a snack under or around 100 cal for my 2pm snack. Does not have to be crunchy, but I love crunchy at times and was one reason I ordered your product. The aroma when I open the bag is inviting for sure. And since I limit my snacks I try to eat slow. Which is harder to do with these :). But I find unlike with chips or pretzels I do not crave more snacks afterwards as there is very low carbs so my blood sugar does not change. I took one and placed in my mouth, flavor very good, I love pizza anyway, this is the brickoven pizza the only one I tried so far. The texture and crunch was the next thing I wanted to pay attention too. Crunch is there, satisfies my crunch needs for sure, the texture unlike cheese curls have a harder or drier feel, but unlike the higher carb higher fat cheese curls these do not have corn in them and lower fat and carbs. Are they too hard? I do not think so at all. I love the fact they have 14 grams of protein per 21g bag and it fits my calories for a snack. I would love to try other flavors and will look to order others. Balance of money and snack quality is my goal. These do cost a tad more then snacks from the vending machine which are mostly 21-36 grams each, but eating less of the fat/carbs and paying a little more is fine with me. But I still shop around. What are your new flavors coming out? And will they remain like these very low carbs and fat with protein as the snack goal?? Thanks again!!!

This is the most repugnant protein-anything I've ever had. The smell was so strong. I was hoping more for a flavour like Pringles pizza where you can taste the sweetness of tomato and the sharpness of cheese. Nope. What basically happened was this when I opened the bag: a whiff of pencil shavings, which I later identified as oregano. It just smelled like pencil shavings. When I bit one, it was extremely chemical and odd, it was supposed to be cheese but it was way too salty and I just smelled pencils. It was a weird juxtaposition and it was much better if I closed my nose to eat. When I chewed it, it wasn't pleasant like a puff, but it did scrape and clean my teeth...

I wouldn't buy this again but I would volunteer as a food tester because I can't believe a food tester allowed this to go to market. I've eaten other protein chips and puffs and other things but this was so awful, I'm not sure what I'll do with the rest of them. Maybe turn into breading but I'm scared I'll be eating something like pencil shaving chicken fingers

I know they’re Keto and all but omg they were nasty. They were like a cheesy texture in the mouth which was fine but the taste was horrid. They taste like plain fluffy balls of oil and chemicals. Honestly I feel bad even being this honest about how bad they were.

I will try to explain it best I can.... first they’re fluffy like a cheesy, then you taste this old cheese flavour but quickly that turns into a chemical flavour, then they start to melt? And tasted like I had a teaspoon of oil in my mouth, then there was a chemical after taste.
